National Human Resource Development Academy Pvt Ltd (NHRDA), a leading CTEVT-affiliated college dedicated to providing high-quality education in Health Assistant (HA), Nursing, and Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT), is located in Janakpurdham-8, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province.
The academy is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated individual to fill the position of Principal and Coordinator. Successful candidates will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve NHRDA's educational mission and goals.
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the institution's financial management, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant management.
- Establish and maintain relationships.
Requirements for Principal and Coordinator:
- Master's Degree in Public Field, Nursing Field, or a relevant field.
- Or Bachelor's in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational institution.
Requirements for Nursing Instructor:
- B.Sc. Nursing/BN
