Notice regarding the filling of the post of recommendation committee formed for the appointment of General Manager of Nepal Transit and Warehouse Management Company Limited.

As the post of General Manager in Nepal Transit and Warehouse Management Company Limited will be filled through open competitive competition, the following qualifications will be issued by the interested Nepali citizens within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this information during office hours. This information has been published for the information of all concerned regarding formal application in Kathmandu. No action will be taken on the application which has been received late or has not reached the due date.
1. Qualifications and experience:
A. Received a post-graduate degree in Public Administration or Management or Humanities and Sociology from a recognized University.
B. Gained experience working for the Government of Nepal or any other organization for 5 years.
C. Not disqualified as per Section 4 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Bodies Officials of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, 2077 BS.
D. At the age of 35 and under 65 on the last date of application.
Note: For the purpose of notice of this vacancy, "Experience" means the Government of Nepal or a public institution or body established with a full or partial investment of the Government of Nepal or any other organization or trade or transit or warehouse management or physical infrastructure development or economic development sector within the United Nations system. The experience will explain.
2. Documents to be submitted by the applicant along with the application:
A. With the application, published on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply www.moics.gov.np, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, Educational Qualification, Copy of Certificate of Nepali Citizenship, Personal Details Candidates will have to prove and submit the copies of the proof of experience and the self-declaration of non-disqualification as per Article 4.
B. With the application, the candidate will have to submit a sealed business action plan of a maximum of five thousand words for the good operation of Nepal Transit and Warehouse Management Company Limited. Such a business action plan should be typed only once on A4 size paper. Business Action Plan can be written in Nepali or English language.
3. Business Action Plan Presentation and Interview:
Candidates on the shortlist will have to submit their professional action plan on the specified date and time. In addition, the candidates selected for the interview must be present at the specified date, time, and place along with the educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents.
4. Application Fees:
The application fee is to be deposited in the office code No. 307003502 of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, revenue account no. 5000 (only five thousand per letter) will have to be submitted.
5. Remuneration:
The monthly remuneration and other facilities of the General Manager shall be as provided in the law of Nepal Transit and Warehouse Management Company Limited.
6. Other details:
A. The Ministry may cancel the advertisement as per this notice without mentioning any reason.
B. If the applicant is found to have submitted false details or documents, the application will be canceled at any time and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
