Nepal Transit and Warehouse Management Company Limited [Nepal Parbahan Tatha Godam Byabasthapan] (A Fully Government-Owned Entity) Notice for Application Submission for Position Fulfillment through Internal, Open, and Inclusive Competitive Examination
With the approval from the Public Service Commission, applications are invited online for the permanent fulfillment of the following vacant positions in this company through internal, open, and inclusive competitive examinations. Candidates who meet the specified qualifications are requested to fill out the required details through the company's online application system at vacancy.nepaltransit.com and pay the prescribed application fee through the online payment system available on the portal.
Applications must be submitted within 21 days of this notice's first publication. Please note that incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Special Notice Regarding the Advertisement:
As per the writ No. 078-WO-0660 and the order issued on 2079/10/24 by the Honorable Supreme Court, further actions will be taken following the legal provisions.
Important Information:

Type of Examination: The examination type and weightage will be as specified in the curriculum.

Examination Center: The examination will be conducted within the Kathmandu Valley. The Public Service Commission will conduct the written examination for all positions. After the Public Service Commission sets the timing, the schedule will be published.

Application Fee:
- For levels 9 and 8: NPR 1,500/-
- For levels 7 and 6: NPR 1,200/-
- For level 5: NPR 700/-
- If you are applying for an additional inclusive group for the same position, an extra fee of NPR 400/—for level 6 and NPR 300/—for level 5 will be charged. The application fee must be paid through the online application system.

The Last Date for Online Application Submission Is 2081/07/29. Applications can be submitted with a double fee until 2081/08/06. The double fee period will not be counted toward age, educational qualifications, training, inclusive group certification, or experience purposes.

Age Limit:
- For open and inclusive candidates:
- Levels 9 and 8: Must be between 21 and 40 years old.
- Levels 6 and 7: Must be between 21 and 35 years old.
- Level 5: Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- For differently-abled and female candidates, the upper age limit is 40 years.
- Age restrictions do not apply to current employees of the company.

Additional Documents Required for Positions Requiring Experience: (a) A letter of appointment or contract agreement and a certified service duration letter from the concerned public body for officer-level experience. (b) For experience from legally registered institutions other than public bodies, a letter of appointment or contract agreement, a service certification letter, and evidence of the recruitment process and qualifications per the institution’s rules, regulations, or guidelines for officer-level recruitment. (c) For individuals holding a Ph.D., a two-year reduction in the required experience period is considered valid, provided that the relevant degree certificate is submitted.

Additional Documents Required for Candidates Applying Under the Inclusive Category: (a) For Indigenous Communities: Proof based on the list mentioned in the Nepal Indigenous Nationalities Upliftment National Foundation Act. If there are multiple surnames under a listed ethnicity, certification from the Chief District Officer based on a recommendation from the local authority is required. (b) For Madhesi Communities: Proof certified as Madhesi by an institution designated by a notice published in the Nepal Gazette. If no institution is selected, certification from the Chief District Officer based on a recommendation from the local authority is required.
