- Minimum Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) with Master's Degree
preferred in hotel management or tourism management or equivalent. - A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in 3-5 star Hotels national and international experience will be preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
- Knowledge of multi-cuisine and several service techniques.
- Strong organizational, and management skills and computer knowledge.
- Team spirit with a strong sense of job responsibility.
