Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Vacancy for CA (Senior Officer):

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. (NSMBL), the wholly-owned downstream subsidiary of Nepal 561 Bank Ltd. (NSBL) invites applications from dynamic, competent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate Nepali citizens interested to pursue their career with the merchant for the following position:

1. Position: Chartered Accountant (Senior Officer)

Job Requirements:

  • The candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant from a recognized Institution. Must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in corporate advisory, market analysis, and investment.
  • The candidate must be a Nepalese Citizen and should not be exceeding 35 years as of 03-12-2020.

Job Description:

  • To provide leadership and direction to the accounts & finance, corporate advisory, and research department.
  • To demonstrate Strong quantitative and qualitative securities market and investment analysis skills.
  • To develop and manage financial, advisory systems/Policies, products & service standard.
  • To oversee the company's investment activities. To arrange for compliance for financial preparation, approval and reporting in line with various applicable laws and standards.
  • To strengthen the Management Information System (MIS) and other Reporting functions of the company
