Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. (NSMBL), the wholly-owned downstream subsidiary of Nepal 561 Bank Ltd. 1. Position: Chartered Accountant (Senior Officer)
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant from a recognized Institution. Must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in corporate advisory, market analysis, and investment.
- The candidate must be a Nepalese Citizen and should not be exceeding 35 years as of 03-12-2020.
Job Description:
- To provide leadership and direction to the accounts & finance, corporate advisory, and research department.
- To demonstrate Strong quantitative and qualitative securities market and investment analysis skills.
- To develop and manage financial, advisory systems/Policies, products & service standard.
- To oversee the company's investment activities. To arrange for compliance for financial preparation, approval and reporting in line with various applicable laws and standards.
- To strengthen the Management Information System (MIS) and other Reporting functions of the company
