Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS) Notice for Consultant Recruitment to develop Local Disaster Preparedness and Response Plan in 3 Municipalities at Achham and Bajura Districts
Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS) intends to recruit a consultant either working independently or from a firm consultancy Service to develop Local Disaster Preparedness and Response Plan in 3 Municipalities at Achham and Bajura Districts. So NRCS hereby invites two separate envelopes for technical and financial sealed proposals from registered firms or authorized individuals for the work. Terms of reference can be obtained from the NRCS procurement management division, Kalimati, Kathmandu against payment of NPR. 1000.00 (Non-refundable) from 28 July-03 August 2021
during office hours.
1. The consultant must enclose: Curriculum vitae; cover letter clearly summarizing your relevant experience as it pertains to this assignment; certified copies of a recent tax clearance certificate, PAN, VAT and firm registration certificate, Self-Declaration Letter, other relevant documents mentioned along with the ToR and technical and financial sealed proposals in a separate envelope. All the pages of the technical and financial proposal must initially have stamped of office.
2. The bidder(s) must deposit at least 2.5 %(two and a half percent) including VAT 13% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money in the form of Bank Voucher against cash deposited in account No. 17-0002089-33 of Nepal Red Cross Society at Standard Chartered Bank Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu or Bank guarantee with the validity of at least 90 days issued by "A" class commercial bank at the submission of bids.
The successful bidder(s) will have to deposit 10% (tell percent) of the order value including VAT as Performance Security at the time of signing of the agreement.
3. NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any sealed. proposal.
