Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan Sewa Aayog (Nepal Academy Service Commission), Kamaladi, Kathmandu Notice of Advertisement Cancellation. Under the approved rate structure of Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan, to fill the vacant posts through internal and open competitive examinations, and among the posts as per the notice published in Gorakhapatra National Daily on 2081/06/04, the advertisement for the post of Deputy Subba (Non-Gazetted, First Category Equivalent) in Administration Service, Administration Group, position number – 1 (one), about the inclusive post under the Indigenous/Janajati Quota, advertisement no. 3/079/080, with Writ no. 081-WO-0614 has been suspended until another notice is published following the interim order of the Honorable High Court, Patan, dated 2081/06/14.

Moreover, following the decision of the Honorable High Court, Patan, no. 248, dated 2081/08/19, by the order transmitting the notice of the said advertisement, advertisement no. 3/079 2080 has been canceled.

Furthermore, following the interim order of the Honorable Court, until all matters relating to the advertisement are suspended, candidates who have registered at Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan and submitted their application forms along with the examination fee will have their forms returned. Therefore, for the information of all concerned, this notice advises that they contact the Administration Branch of Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan with a document issued by any government authority that reveals their identity.
