In Nepal Police, for Janapad Police Group, for the positions of Police Inspector and Police Assistant Inspector, to fill positions through open competition and inclusive provisions, as the following demand positions have been added to the advertisement published on 2081/05/28, this notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Demand Positions:
(a) For Police Inspector
- Number demanded in the advertisement published on 2081/05/28 - 64
- Number added due to vacancy - 13
- Total Demand Position Count - 77
(b) For Police Assistant Inspector
- Number demanded in the advertisement published on 2081/05/28 - 256
- Number added due to vacancy - 60
- Total Demand Position Count - 316
As per the mandamus order issued by the Honorable Supreme Court on 2079/10/24 in writ petition number 078-WO-0662 and related certiorari petitions related to Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, Kathmandu and opposing parties, regarding inclusive groups, after necessary legal arrangements are made, for now, this notice is published to fill the positions as per the prevailing law, to fill the positions based on the ratio of positions falling under inclusive groups among the total positions that will be maintained, to compensate for the loss incurred due to non-inclusion in fiscal year 2079/80 and to include even the positions that were actually calculated and as per the legal provisions.
