Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, Eye Health Program Rapti & Bahadurgunj, supported by NABP-Norway, is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services in Lumbini and Karnali Province. We have three full-fledged Eye Hospitals and five primary eye care centres:-

• Rapti Eye Hospital (Tertiary Level-Four sub-specialty),
• Lamahi Eye Hospital (Secondary Level), and
• Chhanda Kalebabu Narayani Eye Hospital (Secondary Level)

We currently have exciting employment opportunities available for highly skilled and motivated ophthalmologists.

1. Position: Anterior Segment Fellows (One Position):

• Role: Anterior Segment Fellow
• Training: One-year specialized training program in Anterior Segment Fellowship.
• Benefits: Salary and allowances as per the retention policy of EHP-Rapti & Bahadurgunj.

2. Position: "SICS and Phaco Surgeon" (2 Positions)

• Role: Expert Cataract Surgeon (SICS and Phaco)
• Opportunity: Opportunity to work in Eye Health Project in Chimoio, Manica province, Mozambique. The opportunity will be on a rotation basis for six months (Terms and conditions apply)
• Expertise: Strong skills in Small Incision Cataract Surge!)^, (SICS) and Phacoemulsification (Phaco)
• Benefits: Competitive remuneration package
