Nepal International Hospitality (NIH) Vacancy Announcement:

Nepal International Hospitality Pvt Ltd (NIH) is currently developing a five-star property in the heart of Biratnagar, NIH is seeking to recruit well-qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions. The prospective candidate must meet the following section of Qualification and minimum requirements:

1. Site Engineer

  • E (Civil Engineer) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in construction, repairs & maintenance of building projects.
  • Experience in preparing the detailed bill of quantities, applying standard engineering best practices and precedents in the construction phase.
  • Experience in MEP, Interior finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.
  • Good understanding of MS Office software including MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD Drawing Reading and Understanding is a must.

2. Architect

  • Bachelors in Architecture with 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction. Experience in Hospitality projects is a preference.
  • Must be able to effectively coordinate designs between international consultants and the site team.
  • Must be able to supervise and monitor site work to ensure conformity to design.
  • Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Should have a good command of English.
  • Will be required to regularly visit site premises.
  • Must have Updated detailed Knowledge and experience of NBC of Nepal. (NBC-National Building Code) .

3. Chartered Accountant / Finance Manager

  • At least 5 years of experience (Preferably in the same field).
  • Must be able to liaison with Government offices and banks.
  • Ensure all financial compliance and Monitoring Costs and Output.
  • Preparing the budget, Cash Flow, and authorizing payments to vendors as per the contract and law.
  • Monitoring activities at the hotel after completion of the project including any other accounts and finance-related roles.

4. Senior Accountant

  • At least 5 years of experience (Preferably in the same field).
  • Must be able to liaison with Government offices and banks.
  • Ensure all financial compliance and Monitoring Costs and Output.
  • Preparing the budget, Cash Flow, and authorizing payments to vendors as per the contract and law.
  • Monitoring activities at the hotel after completion of the project including any other accounts and finance-related roles.
  • Also must be efficient in Handling all day to day transactions.

5. Commercial Manager

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business organizations.
  • Prior work experience in procurement and logistics will be an additional advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Hotel Management from any international College/University.
  • Should have a good command of English.
  • Must-Have good negotiation skills and should have experience in Floating Tenders, Contract negotiations, Work contracts, etc.

5. Civil Overseer

  • Diploma in civil engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building and construction sector
  • Experience in finishing works of hotel projects will be given preference.
  • Able to use survey equipment.
  • Oversee and monitor the work at the site
  • Should be able to Read and Understand Drawings is a must.
  • Must be able to handle the Contractor and WorkForce.

6. Store Keeper

  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling storage of building construction materials utilizing skills in inventory management.
  • Experience in managing the ledger/account of materials on-site including daily material consumption and material inventory at the site.

7. Receptionist

  • Welcome guests, receive phone calls, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Minimum Intermediate in education (Bachelor's degree preferable).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception and administrative tasks.
  • Should have a good command of English.
  • Good user of the computer and basic office software.
