Notice regarding the filling of the post of recommendation committee constituted for the appointment of Executive Director of Nepal Intermodal Transport Development Board

As the vacancy in the post of Executive Director of Nepal Intermodal Transport Development Board will be filled through open competitive competition, the following qualifications will be issued by the interested Nepali citizens within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication in the Government Industries and Institutions Branch of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu. This information has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the formal application. No action will be taken on the application which has been received late or has not reached the due date.
1. Qualifications and Experience:
A) Passed at least a master's degree from a recognized educational institution.
B) Having worked for at least 5 years as an officer level manager of the Government of Nepal or any other concerned body and gained experience.
C) Not disqualified as per Article 4 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officers of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies.
D) 35 years of age and not exceed 65 years of age on the last date of application.
Note: For the purpose of information related to this vacancy, "experience" means a public institution or body established with a full or partial investment of the Government of Nepal or the Government of Nepal or other organization or trade or transit or warehouse management or physical infrastructure development or port management or financial within the United Nations system. Explain the experience of development.
2. Documents to be submitted by the applicant along with the application:
With the application published on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply www.moics.gov.np Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the appointment and nomination of officials of the relevant public bodies in the format as per schedule 2 of 2077, educational qualification, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, personal details Candidates will have to prove and submit the copies of the proof of experience and the self-declaration of the candidate who has not been disqualified as per Article 4.
With the application, the candidate will have to submit a sealed business action plan of a maximum of five thousand words for the good operation of Nepal Food Management and Trade Company Limited. Such a business action plan should be typed only once on A4 size paper. Business Action Plan can be written in Nepali or English language.
3. Business Action Plan Presentation and Interview:
Candidates on the shortlist will have to submit their professional action plan on the specified date and time. In addition, the candidates selected for the interview must be present at the specified date, time, and place along with the educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents.
4. Fees:
Office Code No. 307003502 of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies using the application fee. 307003502, Revenue Account No. 00100106200000 and Revenue Title 14224 at Everest Bank, Singha Durbar Branch. 307003502 will have to be submitted.
5. Remuneration:
The monthly remuneration and other benefits of the Executive Director shall be as provided in the law of the Nepal Intermodal Transport Development Committee.
6. Other details:
A) The Ministry may cancel the advertisement as mentioned in this notice without mentioning any reason.
B) If the applicant is found to have submitted false details or documents, the application will be rejected at any time and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
