Nepal Govt and Helvetas Nepal Joint Project Vacancy for Immigrant Resource Center Information and Consultancy:

The Safe Immigration Project (SAMI) is a bilateral agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland, led by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, and the Ministry of Social Security and local governments. Helvetas Nepal is providing technical assistance for the project. Under this project, Immigrant Resource Center in Butwal Sub-metropolis has been set up for information and consultancy work. As there is a need for manpower in the contract service to assist in the operation of the program for the year 077/078, applications have been invited from the qualified and experienced Nepali citizens to submit the following posts to the office within the stipulated date.

- Number of posts and local level: 1 (Butwal Sub-metropolitan, Immigrant Sub-Resource Center)
- Area: Butwal Sub Metropolitan City.
- Minimum educational qualification and experience: Minimum proficiency certificate level or 10 + 2 or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the field of consultancy or social mobilization. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Period of work: At present, up to FY 077/078, the program may be renewed as per the requirement and performance.
- Types of exams: Computer and thematic experimental exams and interviews only.
- Salary and other benefits: As per the rules of the program.
Required Documents:
Interested Nepali citizens who have reached the above qualifications would like to apply with a copy of Certified Nepali Citizenship Certificate, a copy of Certificate of Experience, personal details including names and contact phone numbers of at least 2 reference persons and a copy of Certificate of Educational Qualification and a passport size photo.
The application should be submitted to the administration branch of Butwal Sub Metropolitan City along with the post clearly handed over. Applications received after the stipulated time will not be included in the evaluation process.
Selection Process:
Only the candidates who have been shortlisted in the preliminary selection will be included in the thematic, interview, and experimental examinations.
A process of positive discrimination will be followed for the inclusion of candidates from every opportunity and deprived communities, especially women, Dalits, Janajati, Madhesis, and Minorities.
Application deadline: 2077-04-28 can be submitted within office hours. If there is a public holiday on the last day of submission of the application, the application can be submitted the day after the holiday.
