Notice regarding the appointment of the recommendation committee formed for the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Food Management and Trading Company Limited:

As the post of Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Food Management and Trading Company Limited will be filled through open competitive competition, the following qualifications will be filled by the interested Nepali citizens within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this information during office hours. This notice has been published for the information of all those who have duly applied in Kathmandu. No action will be taken on the application which has been received late or has not reached the due date.
1. Qualifications and experience:
A. Graduated from a recognized university.
B. At least 7 years of working experience in the post of officer level manager of the concerned area.
C. Not disqualified as per Article 4 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officials of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, 2077 BS.
D. At the age of 35 and under 65 on the last date of application.
Note: For the purpose of this vacancy notice, "experience" means management/food technology in the Government of Nepal or a public institution or body established with full or partial investment of the Government of Nepal or a private sector organization or the United Nations system or educational institution. Experience in chain or logistics management.
2. Documents to be submitted by the applicant along with the application:
A. With the application, published on the website of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply www.moics.gov.np, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, in accordance with Schedule 2 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Body Officers, 2077, educational qualification, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, personal details. Candidates will have to prove and submit the copies of the proof of experience and the self-declaration of the candidate who has not been disqualified as per Article 4.
B. With the application, the candidate will have to submit a sealed business action plan of a maximum of five thousand words for the good operation of Nepal Food Management and Trade Company Limited. Such a business action plan should be typed only once on A4 size paper. Business Action Plan can be written in Nepali or English language.
3. Business Action Plan Presentation and Interview:
Candidates on the shortlist will have to submit their professional action plan on the specified date and time. In addition, the candidates selected for the interview must be present at the specified date, time and place along with the educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant documents.
4. Fees:
Office Code No. of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies using the application fee. 307003502, Revenue Account No. 00100106200000 and Revenue Title 14224 at Everest Bank, Singha Durbar Branch Rs. 5000 (only five thousand per letter) will have to be submitted.
5. Remuneration:
The monthly remuneration and other benefits of the Chief Executive Officer shall be as provided in the law of Nepal Food Management and Trading Company Limited.
6. Other details:
A. The Ministry may cancel the advertisement as per this notice without mentioning any reason.
B. If the applicant is found to have submitted false details or documents, the application will remain pending at any time and action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
