Nepal Civil Aviation Authority (CAAN) Announces Vacancy for Senior Officer

Nepal Civil Aviation Authority (CAAN), Babarmahal, Kathmandu Notice Regarding Appointment on Contract. Since the following positions are vacant under the approved staffing of the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, and the appointment must be made on a contract basis for a maximum of one year according to Rule 4.11 of the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority Staff Terms of Service and Facilities Regulations, 2056—on the condition that the appointment will automatically terminate if a permanent appointment is made—qualified Nepali citizens are hereby invited to submit an online application form through the Authority’s website: www.caanepal.gov.np within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice.

3. Minimum Required Educational Qualification

   • Must have passed a bachelor’s level or equivalent in Science, Information Technology (IT), Management, or Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

   • Must have obtained at least six months of Basic Air Traffic Services training from the Civil Aviation Academy.

9. Procedure for Submitting Application and Paying Fees Online

   • In the Online Job Application system available on the Authority’s website, select the desired advertisement, click “Apply Now,” then register as a user.

   • Fill in all the required details related to the advertisement.

   • Pay the specified application fee through one of the payment gateways in the Online Recruitment System.

   • Applications that do not meet the required criteria can be canceled at any time.

    • Must have completed 21 years of age and not exceeded 35 years by the final date for application submission.

    • Candidates who have obtained their educational qualification from a foreign board must include proof of equivalence determination.
