1. Sr. Manager- Sales & Marketing - 1

Salary: Negotiable

Academic Qualification & Experience:

  • Master/ Bachelor Degree in commerce/ management with at least 5 years plus experiences in Sales and marketing field in Liquor Company.

Job Description:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, Delivering maximum Profitable sales, Formulate the annual & quarterly, monthly sales plans & programs for the respective dealers to support the Area Sales Manager.
  • Make sure proper portfolio/Inventory management and reconciliation for the respective dealers/wholesalers/outlets from time to time.
  • Ensure properly planned visitation at wholesalers, generating orders, assessing pipeline and trends for maximizing the sales
  • Monitor effective pricing in designated wholesale of NBPL brands as well as competition.
  • Conduct relevant merchandising (posturing, carton display, etc.) and housekeeping at all wholesale levels.
  • Handle product and trade complaints in a responsible & professional manner.
  • Creating sales strategies
  • Ensure proper promotional (discount, scheme as well as any other promotion activities) execution.

2. Area Sales Manager-2

Salary: Negotiable

Academic Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in commerce/ management with at least 5 years experiences in Sales and marketing field in Liquor Company.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and submit Target Achievement Plan and Weekly & Monthly Sales plan
  • Organize and monitor sales team
  • Implement scheme as per the guidelines of Management
  • Availability of products at the right place
  • Prepare and submit competitor & industries analysis
  • Prepare and submit daily sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
  • Cooperate with the dealer in charge, wholesalers, and representatives of the area allotted for the achievement of sales target
  • Measure distributors and staff performance according to set parameters

CPD/Purchase Assistant Manager - Corporate Office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu- 1

Salary: Negotiable

Academic Qualification: BBS/BBA with Proven working experience as purchasing Asst. manager, agent or office

Job Description:

  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies •
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
  • Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
  • Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking Assess, manage and mitigate risks
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

4. Sales Executives - 7

Work Stations: Kathmandu, Nepalgaunj, Bardiya, Surkhet, Jumla, Dhangadi, Dharan, Biratnagar, Far Western Area)

Salary: Negotiable

Academic Qualification: Graduate in marketing field with the at least 2-3 year experience

Job Description:

  • Achievement of given sales target within the time frame
  • Confirm timely dispatch of products to Distributors and Retailers as per instruction
  • Maintain credit level of distributors and ensure timely collection
  • Implement and monitor the trade schemes which is given to market
  • Report sales data and other relevant information to the supervisor timely
  • Monitor and provide information about the competitor's activities in the market to facilitate the strategic planning
