Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate degree in areas like Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Accountancy, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Law.
- Alternatively, a Chartered Accountancy or a Bachelor's Degree in the aforementioned areas with a specialization in Banking and Finance.
- A minimum of ten years of work experience in a relevant position within a recognized institution, university, or international organization.

- Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Detailed CV including contact details.
- Professional action plan sealed in a separate envelope.

Business Plan Submission:
Candidates are required to submit a comprehensive business plan. This should not exceed 5,000 words and must be aligned with the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the CEO role.
Selection Process:
- Evaluation: Candidates will be assessed based on their educational qualifications, work experience, and the professional work plan submitted.
- Shortlisting: Those scoring at least 60% will be shortlisted for further assessments including an interview and presentation of their professional action plan.
- Final Selection: Post evaluations, the top three candidates will be recommended to the board of directors.
Salary: The compensation package for the CEO position, including monthly salary and other benefits, will be determined by the Board of Directors as per the terms mentioned in the contract.
