- Rs. 1,200 for officer level
- Rs. 600 for assistant level
For candidates applying for more than one position under the inclusive groups, an additional 50% of the examination fee for each extra group is applicable. The fees should be deposited in the Citizens Bank International Current Account No. 011010000036201.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
Here are the requirements for the positions on offer:

Chief Instructor (Advertisement No. 16/079-80): Candidates should have a post-graduate degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution and at least 5 years of work experience in an officer-level position related to the services in an organized institution or international organization.

Instructor (Advertisement No. 17/079-80): Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Travel and Tourism Management from a recognized institution. Alternatively, a Bachelor's in Travel and Tourism Management and a Master's degree in any discipline, along with at least 1 month of computer training or study is acceptable.

Branch Officer (Advertisement No. 18/079-80): Candidates must have a Post Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized institution and at least 1 month of computer training or study.

Instructor (Advertisement No. 19/079-80 and 20/079-80): Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management along with a Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline, and at least 1 month's experience in Computer Study or basic training is acceptable.

Official (Advertisement No. 21/079-80): Candidates should have a master's degree in Library Science or equivalent from a recognized educational institution, along with at least 3 months of library and computer training or study.

Senior Librarian (Advertisement No. 22/079-80): Applicants should have passed +2 level from a recognized educational institution and have at least 3 months of training in Library Science.

Senior Assistant (Advertisement No. 23/079-80): Candidates must have passed the certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and have at least 1 month of computer training or study in English and Nepali.

Assistant Accountant (Advertisement No. 24/079-80): Candidates should have taken Mathematics or optional Accounting subjects from a recognized educational institution, and possess at least 1 month of computer training or study in English and Nepali.
Inclusion Group Application Requirements
Candidates applying for posts towards the inclusion group should attach the following documents at the time of application submission:
- Certified document from the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the local level concerned for indigenous tribes.
- Certified copies of the documents to be brought along during the interview after being selected for the interview based on the written test results.
The mentioned documents should be submitted within the last day of application.
Foreign Qualification
Candidates with foreign qualifications need to attach proof of equivalency from Tribhuvan University.
Age Limit
The minimum age required for Assistant Level Level 4 and 5 posts is 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. For Officer level non-technical posts, it's 21 years and not exceeding 35 years. For authorized level technical post, candidates should have completed 21 years and not exceed 40 years. For women and disabled candidates, the upper age limit will be 40 years.
Application Period and Fee
The application period runs from Date 2080/03/29 to 2080/04/18 (21 days). Late submissions will be accepted with a double late fee from 2080/04/25 to 2080/04/25.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through written test, computer skill test, and interview.
Written Examination
The written examination of the above advertisements will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. All tests will be conducted in Kathmandu. The procedure, time, and venue of the written examination will be as per the notification published by the Public Service Commission.
Probation Period
The duration of the trial period will be 6 months.
