NELUMBO NEPAL is well managed and equipped facility with an expanding Community and School base, a wide range of Oral Health and Dental Care, Full Treatment Service, Training to local Health Personal and Awareness opportunities for communities and students. We are equipped for all forms of Dental Care in the Van. NELUMBO NEPAL is looking for a qualified and well-motivated Nepali citizen for the following post:
1. Post Title: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
Required Number: 1
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder of this post will be responsible to support and delivering high standard care to the poorest and marginalized community. A job holder will lead the Oral Health and Dental Care for efficient clinical, training, and awareness. And also community oral health management, and planning. The post will include staff support, supervision of the Oral Health and Dental Care, ensuring proper implementation of NELUMBO NEPAL policies and procedures. The post holder is also responsible for the proposal and policy writing of Oral Health and Dental Care. Networking and coordination with the Programme Coordinator, Health Promotional Officer, Research Officer, and other related personal.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery
- At least 2 years of Clinical and Community Services Management experience.
- High-level knowledge to use basic and advanced systems of Oral Health and Dental care.
- Highly interested to teach both local health personal and the community of Oral Health and Dental Care.
- High motivation to work in community-based Oral Health and Dental care.
- Good written and spoken Nepali and English
2. Post Title: Community Dental Hygienist
Required Number: 1
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder of this post will be responsible to support and delivering high standard care to the community and also the poorest and most marginalized people. Support for Clinical, training, and awareness services to the community in conjunction with Oral Health and Dental Care In charge. Also willing to support and assist to BDS, Programme Coordinator, Health Promotional officer, Research Officer, Helper and other related personal
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Diploma in Dental Hygienist
- At least 1 year of Clinical and Community based dental care services experience.
- High-level knowledge to use basic and advanced systems of Oral Health and Dental care.
- Highly interested to teach both local health personal and the community of Oral Health and Dental Care.
- Highly motivation to work in community-based Oral Health and Dental Care.
- Knowledge and interest to researchers in the area.
- Good written and spoken Nepali and English.
3. Post Title: Clinical Support Staff
Required Number: 1
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder of this post will be responsible to support and delivering high standard care to the community and also the poorest and most marginalized people. Keep clean the dental clinical van as advised by Oral Health and Dental Care In-charge and Dental Hygienist/ or as per TOR of Nelumbo Nepal. Also willing to support and assist seniors. The Post holder will provide a clean and safe working environment in the community-based in dental van and clinic and provide assistance to the department staff in managing patients so that the oral health and dental care clinic runs smoothly. Able to work Dental Clinic both in community and office-based setup. The post holder will also be responsible for official work as delegated by Nelumbo Nepal.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- SEE or +2 passed in any subject
- At least 1-year experience in respective areas
- Basic knowledge of Oral Health and Dental care.
- Highly motivated and willing to work community-based Oral Health and Dental Care.
- Able to write and speak Nepali and English.
