Navakiran Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is being prepared for operation. We would like to inform, we required experienced, result-oriented and enthusiastic employees to lead the operation, management and development of this financial institution.
1. Branch Head
Required No .: 10 (Ten)
Qualifications and Experience: Skilled, experienced, and qualified employees who have worked at least 3 years as branch heads in regional and national level microfinance institutions with at least a bachelor's degree in management or similar educational qualification should be 18 to 35 years.
2. Center Manager
Required No .: 30 (Thirty)
Qualifications and Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Center Manager in a regional and national level microfinance institution after passing at least proficiency letter level. 18 to 35 years of age and skilled experience and in the case of women 18 to 40 years.
3. Junior Center Trainee
Required No .: Few
Qualifications and Experience: Skilled, experienced, and qualified women and men who have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) and gained some experience in the field of microfinance.
