Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health and Population, Department of Health Services, National Public Health Laboratory (Rastriya Janaswasthay Prayogshala), Teku, Kathmandu Notification regarding the filling of posts in the service contract.
For the National Public Health Laboratory, the approved annual program and budget for the Fiscal year 2079/80 should be taken in the following positions; Applications are invited from eligible persons.
Pathologist - 3 (Three)
Lab Technician - 5 (Five)
Computer Operator - 2 (Two)
Selection Method: If the number of applicants is more than 1:5 in the respective field, a shortlist will be prepared. The person included in the list will be allowed to participate in the examination program.
For the above-mentioned posts, those who do not have the minimum qualification certificate but have higher educational qualifications are also allowed to apply.
In the case of preparation of the merit list, the applicant's minimum or upper educational qualification percentage/grade of the relevant post will be considered as the basis.
The applicant should submit the certificate and mark sheet of any one of the minimum or higher educational qualifications obtained by him.
Application submission period: From 2079-5-08 to 2079-5-14 within office hours (9 am to 4 pm).
Documents to be attached: Mark sheet of minimum or higher educational qualification, copy of the transcript, copy of certificate registered with the concerned council in case of Pathologist and Lab Technician post, copy of the certificate of Nepalese citizenship.
At the time of application, the application should be submitted by attaching all the documents mentioned above. The application will not be registered by submitting any documents later.
The list of candidates to be included in the examination program will be placed on the website of the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) at www.nphl.gov.np within the date 2079-5-17.
Candidates for the post of Computer Assistant will have to give practical tests including Nepali Unicode and English Typing. Also, only applicants with computer experience will be considered.
Exam Schedule:
A) Pathologist, Lab Technician / For phlebotomist posts:
Date and Time of Interview: Date: 2079-5-19, Time: 11:00 AM onwards, Location: National Public Health Laboratory, Teku, Kathmandu.
b) For the post of Computer Assistant
Practical exam date 2075-5-19, time: 11:00 am and interview from 3.15 pm on the same day.
Application format: Every person who wants to apply should submit the application in the attached format.
