Special Notice Regarding Advertisement:
The positions will be filled after the necessary legal arrangements are made, per the order the Honorable Supreme Court issued on 2079/10/24 in writ number 078-WO-0660.

Types of Examination: Written, Practical, and Interview.
Examination Conduction: The Public Service Commission will conduct the written examination. The schedule will be published on the websites of the Public Service Commission and the National Judicial Academy.
Examination Medium: As prescribed in the syllabus (Nepali, English, or both).
Application Fee:
The fee for Officers of the First and Second levels is NPR 1,200; for Officers of the Third Level, it is NPR 1,000; and for First Assistants, it is NPR 400. When applying for an inclusive group, an additional half of the prescribed fee for each additional group must be submitted. The examination fee must be deposited in the current account number 3010101000452 of Global IME Bank Limited in the name of this academy (any banking office). The original voucher must be submitted with the application.
Last Date for Application Submission:
For open and inclusive, within 21 days from this notice's publication date, and within an additional 7 days by paying double the fee (offices will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays). For promotion through performance evaluation, employees working in this academy with the prescribed qualifications must apply within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours. Applicants must attach certified copies of their educational qualifications, training, and other required documents with the application form. If the last date of application submission falls on a public holiday, the application can be submitted on the next day.
Age Limit:
For Officer Third Level, the candidate must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 35 years by the last date of application submission, and for women and persons with disabilities, not exceed 40 years. For First Assistant, the candidate must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years by the last date of application submission, and for women and persons with disabilities, not exceed 40 years.
Incomplete or Late Applications: No action will be taken on incomplete or late applications.

Equivalency: Candidates who have obtained educational degrees from foreign institutions must submit a certified copy of the equivalency determination with the application.
Salary and Other Benefits: Salary and other benefits will follow the academy's regulations.
Probation Period: The probation period for appointed employees will be 6 months for women and 1 year for men.
Additional Documents Required for Inclusive Candidates:

For Dalit: A copy of the certificate listing the caste from the National Dalit Commission, or if there are multiple surnames within the listed caste, a certificate from the Chief District Officer certifying the surname within the listed caste based on the local authority's recommendation.

For Indigenous/Tribal: A copy of the certificate listing the caste from the Nepal Indigenous/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, or if there are multiple surnames within the listed caste, a certificate from the Chief District Officer certifying the surname within the listed caste based on the recommendation of the local authority.

For Persons with Disabilities: A disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council or a disability identity card issued by the concerned local authority as per sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074, mentioning the classification of the disability.

Extension of Double Fee Period: The extension period with a double fee will not count toward age, educational qualifications, training, experience, or job duration.

Rejection of Incomplete Applications: Applications that do not meet the specified procedures will be rejected at any time. Examination fees of such rejected applications will not be refunded.
