Town Development Fund (Nagar Bikash Kosh), Vacancy Sub-Committee, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu Notice regarding promotion through performance appraisal and filling up of posts through the internal competition.
As per the letter dated 2077-09-26 of the Public Service Commission, as per the agreement received from the Commission, the posts have to be filled through performance appraisal and internal competition as per the Urban Development Fund Employees Service Conditions (Amended) Regulations, 2065; Potential candidates working for permanent posts in the fund of the respective service group as per the staff service condition (revised) regulations of the fund, 2065 related to the service period, service level and level of the service specified in the following posts.
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to pay the regular fee within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice and to submit the application to the office of this fund after paying the additional fee within 7 (seven days).

Note:
- The candidate should clearly disclose the details as mentioned in all the forms of the application form.
- Application fee for level 11, tier, 10, and 9 Rs. 1000 (Rs. One thousand only) should be deposited in the account number 2901010000062 in the name of the fund in the new Baneshwor branch of Global IME Bank and attached with the gross voucher application form.
- Application forms for performance appraisal and internal competition can be downloaded from the Curriculum Fund's website www.tdf.org.np.
- Candidates who have obtained the certificate of educational qualification from a foreign institution should have determined the equivalence within the last date of application from the concerned body.
- Must be not ineligible to be a potential candidate for promotion as per Regulation 44 of the Employees' Conditions of Service (Amended) Regulations, 2065.
- Applications that have not been submitted within the stipulated period and have not reached the formalities will not be included as potential candidates.
- To be a potential candidate for promotion, the service period as per regulation 38 of the Employees Service Condition (Amended) Regulations, 2065 should be reached for the post one level below the post to be promoted.
- The examination date will be published later in coordination with the Public Service Commission.
- If there is a public holiday on the last day of the application, the application can be submitted the next day.
- Candidates from the related service group will be able to apply only for the relevant post.
- Documents to be submitted along with the application form: Permanent appointment, training, certificate of educational qualification, gross voucher of examination fee paid, certificate of Nepali citizenship, certificate of the service period.
- The age limit will be as per the Employee Service Condition (Revised) Regulations, 2065 of the Fund.
- Types of examinations Written and interviews in case of internal competition. In the case of performance appraisal, it will be as per the Employee Service Condition (Revised) Regulations, 2060 of the Fund.
