Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. (Nabil Invest), a subsidiary of Nabil Bank Ltd.. has established itself as one of the leading Merchant & Investment Bankers in the country.

The primary function of this role is to contribute to growing a new client base by promoting Nabil Invest products and also providing clients with the appropriate products, services, and solutions from the whole range of products offered by Nabil Invest. Prospect candidates should focus on driving profitable revenue and volume growth for the organization.

1. Position: Marketing Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Increase PPC (product per client) by growing portfolio.
  • Increase the market reach.
  • Keep updated MIS of sales numbers.
  • To provide creative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Good understanding of competitor's products, pricing in order to ensure our sales strategies are optimal.

2) Relationship Management

  • Assist client queries such as DEMAT-related queries while onboarding them.
  • Be the first point of contact representing Nabil Invest in case of out of valley branches of Nabil Bank.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and take necessary steps for a strategic alliance.

3) Good Governance and Risk Management

  • Sound knowledge of relevant aspects of Investment banking like DEMAT, PMS, Mutual Fund, and as applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBON guidelines and ensure minimal comments in audits and other inspections.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management
  • Should have knowledge of Nepalese Capital Market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali.
  • Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, and team management skill.
  • Age not exceeding 25 years.
  • Prior experience in the related industry will be an added advantage.

Candidates should have:

  • Knowledge of Nepalese Capital Market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali.
  • Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and team management skill.
