Segments: Corporate Advisory, Investment Banking, Issuance & Underwriting, and Research Analyst & Dealer.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized University with at least a first division aggregate or CGPA 3 out of 4.
- 2 years of work experience in relevant field/s. Candidates having experience in investment/merchant banking activities such as portfolio management, capital market research, stock brokerage services, corporate advisory, etc. shall be preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years, as of January 1, 2019
Job requirement:
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Nepali capital market and its regulations, merchant banking activities, securities trading process, investment banking procedures, financial statement analysis, technical analysis, and economy & industry trends.
Candidates are expected to have: -
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali
- Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- General knowledge about the Company
