This is a managerial position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, an ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the department and for the execution of plans, policies, and strategies approved by the Board and Chief Executive Officer to ensure that the Company’s vision, mission, objectives are achieved through the execution.
The person should develop new business avenues and identify the revenue increasing area from the existing business. The person should also contribute to tapping the new issue management business, increase the number of depository account and increase the number of RTS companies.
This position also requires exploring business opportunities in the market, tapping them, delivering professional & time-bound services to clients, reviewing existing systems and processes & re-engineer them for better service delivery. The responsibility also involves preparation of a budget for the unit and action plan for its achievement within envisaged time with a responsibility to supervise units like issue management, depository & RTA functions, liaise with marketing unit to increase the revenue.

A scheme manager is expected to manage the fund to achieve good returns from the fund and continuously assessing and studying various types of risks, factors and their impacts on investments of the mutual fund. The candidate will be expected to need less supervision from the CEO and also strengthen systems related to mutual funds, provide adequate training and guidance to team members for effective management of the fund.
He/she will also be expected to research on new schemes that can be introduced in the capital market and work together with the Research team. Executive Assistant to CEO -1
Executive Assistant to the CEO provides executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
