Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a 'D' class licensed financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank. It operates within Madhesh Province, with its central office located at Mithila Municipality-06, Dhalkevar, Dhanusha. Note: Existing permanent staff of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha are not subject to the age limit. Female candidates (except for Ad. No. 2/2081/082) are eligible for an additional 5 years in the upper age limit.

Service Terms and Facilities:

As per the rules of the institution. Candidates selected through Ad. No. 2/2081/082 will be appointed for one year on a contractual basis. Candidates selected through Ad. No. 3 to 8/2081/082 who have at least 2 years of experience in similar banks or financial institutions will be appointed as probationary employees under the organization's service regulations. Those without the required experience will be placed in a 6-month pre-service training period. Only those who pass this training will be appointed under probation. No facilities except for training allowance will be provided during the training period.
