In the following posts of Health Services for Hospitals and Offices under the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali Pradesh; Since the technical staff has to be hired on service contract until the post is filled by the Public Service Commission or the permanent staff is transferred by the Government of Nepal;

1) Qualification:
A. Must be a Nepali citizen.
B. Minimum Qualification: In order to be a candidate for the above-mentioned posts, one should have completed the required qualification for the posts in the concerned group and sub-group as per schedule 6 of the Nepal Health Service Regulations 2055 in the relevant subject from the educational institution or university recognized by the Government of Nepal. In the case of Community Medicine, MD or So degree from a recognized University of Nepal (equivalent certificate is required in case of a foreign educational institution)
C. Special priority will be given to those with experience in the related field.
D. Age limit: 21 years for officer level and 18 years for assistant level.
E. Registration and renewal should also be done in the concerned professional council.
F. Must not be disqualified by applicable law]
2. Application Procedure (How to Apply:
A. Eligible aspiring candidates should submit the application form to the Health Services Division of this Ministry. Candidates who are unable to submit the application to the office; can submit the application along with the required documents through the email address [email protected].
B. If there is a public holiday on the last day of application, the application can be submitted till the next day. The application form can be obtained from the website of this Ministry www.mosd.karnali.gov.np.
C. Application fee is Rs. 1,000 (one thousand only) per advertisement in case of ninth and eighth level doctors and Rs. 200 (only two hundred) for 7th and 5th level. A bank voucher should be deposited and submitted along with the application form.
3. Documents to be attached with the application:
Passport size photo (3 copies) should be affixed in the space specified in the application form along with personal details of the candidate, copy of all certificates from SLC to minimum educational qualification, copy of certificate registered with the concerned council, certified copy of experience and copy of Nepali citizenship certificate. The candidate should have certified that all the documents are correct as per the original. Candidates applying through email should scan and send the bank voucher and necessary documents.
4. Selection Process:
The selection procedure will be in accordance with the Technical Manpower Service Agreement approved by Karnali Province, 2076 (amended).
5. Service Facility:
The selected doctors can be deployed in any hospital in Karnali. Remuneration and Terms of Service shall be in accordance with the rules of the province Government.
6. The date of the interview: it will be made public on the Ministry's website www.mosd.karnali.gov.np
If there is a recommendation from the Public Service Commission for filling the vacancy or if the Government of Nepal has to transfer the permanent staff and fill the vacancy, those who are in the last qualification will be removed and the vacancy will be filled.
