As under the Poor Household Identity and Identity Card Distribution Program of this Ministry for the Fiscal Year, 2077/078, the information technology officer has to be recruited on contract as per Rule 95 (1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2064; Interested Nepali citizens with the following qualifications and experience are invited to submit an application to this Ministry by affixing a ticket of Rs. 10 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If there is a public holiday on the last day of submission of the application, then the application has to be registered during office hours on the first day of the office open.

Required Qualifications:
(A) Age limit of the candidate: 21 years completed and not exceeding 35 years till the last date of application, not exceeding 40 years in the case of women.
(B) Minimum educational qualifications and training:
- Computer / IT At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent,
- Worked in computer web-based application programming for at least 1 year.
(C) No action has been taken to disqualify him for government service.
