As per the approved annual work of Bagmati Province Government, Ministry of Health, Directorate of Health, Hetauda for the financial year 2078-79, some technical manpower has to be filled through open competitive examination; Applications are invited from the following eligible candidates within 15 days from the date of first publication of this notice.

Application Fee: The application fee for the officer level 7th 8th level advertisement is Rs. 1,000.- (one thousand rupees only) and the application fee for the fifth level advertisement of assistant level is Rs. 800.- (only four hundred rupees) will have to be paid.

Age limit of the candidate: Must have completed 18 years of age by the date of application for the posts of Assistant level and 21 years of age till the last date of application for the posts of Officer level.

Place of submission of application fee: Revenue Account No. of Pradesh Lekha Niyantran Karyalaya. 1000400010000, Office code no. 3500232023, Revenue Title No. Directorate of Health with voucher submitted in 14229 under the heading of the administrative fee. In Bagmati Pradesh, Hetauda or [email protected] scanned copy of the voucher must be submitted within office hours of the last date for submission of application. Forms received after that time will be automatically rejected.

Documents to be attached with the application: Personal details, educational qualification, certificate of Nepali citizenship, certificate of experience, copy of the certificate registered with the council in accordance with the prevailing Nepali law should be attached. Candidates will have to sign and certify all the transcripts submitted by themselves.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

- In the case of Advertisement no.  2/078/079 and 3 / 078/079, he/she should not have been disqualified as per Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and should have obtained the minimum educational qualification as prescribed in Rule 15 of the Civil Service Rules, 2050.

- In the case of health service, the educational qualification prescribed as per Nepal Health Services Act, 2053 (Fourth Amendment) and Nepal Health Services Rules, (including amendment 2055) should be fulfilled and not disqualified as per the Act. Applicants should have registered and renewed in the concerned council by the last date of application.

  • Health, Public Health Service, Medical Officer, Officer VIII: Obtained MBBS or similar degree from a recognized educational institution.
  • Miscellaneous, Information Technology Officer, Officer VII: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Creation Technology from a recognized educational institution.
  • Financial Planning and Statistics, Statistics Officer, Officer Seventh: Masters Degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Demography or Applied Statistics from a recognized educational institution, or similar or Masters Degree in any subject including Statistics.
  • Health, Pharmacy, Pharmacy Officer, Officer VII: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized educational institution or equivalent.
  • Health, General Nursing, Staff Nurse, Assistant Fifth: Passed certificate level or equivalent in Nursing subject from a recognized educational institution.
  • Health, Health Inspection, Health Assistant, Assistant: Certificate level in general and medicine from a recognized educational institution, or equivalent.
