Notice of promotion by seniority and performance appraisal of Gazetted First and Second Class (technical) posts.

According to Article 24D1A of the Civil Service Act, 2049 Fourth Amendment) for the following posts to be fulfilled by the promotion of seniority and performance appraisal, the candidates mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Public Service Commission as per sub-section 4 of the Employee Integration Act, 2075. It is advisable to file an application by 2076/ 08/03.
The application form can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission's website at www.psc.gov.np. The concerned candidate will have to submit the application form with a clear and clear application in the deadline within the deadline for submitting the application to the Kathmandu Valley, the office of the Commission, in the case of Anamnagar and outside the Kathmandu Valley. (A) Shall not be ineligible for promotion pursuant to Article 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049.

(C) In order to determine the equivalence requirement, a certified copy of the equivalency determination must be submitted.
(D) A copy of the certificate of service training of one month or more shall be submitted in the matter relating to the respective service, group or sub-group in the post under the category promoted to the post.
(E) The details of the application form should be clearly disclosed in all the palaces mentioned.

Candidates should pay attention to the application
(A) In terms of posts under the Civil Service Act, 2049, in respect of the posts under the Civil Service and in terms of the posts under the Health Service, it shall not be ineligible for promotion pursuant to Article 27 of the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053 and Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055.

In terms of posts on healthcare, seniority according to rules 72, 73, and 74 of the Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055, work experience, educational qualification, and training in the geographical area will be calculated according to Article 29 of Nepal Health Services Act, 2053. In accordance with Rule 119 of the Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055, it must be certified if there is a service period.
(C) The application number must be specified from the Civil Library at the time of filing the application form.
(D) In order to determine equivalence, a certified copy of equivalence determination must be submitted in favor of educational qualification.

Required Minimum Qualification:
A) Toward the civil service
1. Completed 5 years of permanent service term in the post of Second Class of Service related to the promotion of Civil Service for Gazetted First Class and completed 5 years Permanent Service Period in Gazetted Third Class post for Gazetted Second Class. According to sub-section (14a) of section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the terms and conditions of service specified in the posts promoted by the Internal Competitive Examination of the Gazetted Second Class shall comply with the Civil Service Act, 2049, Legislative Parliament Secretariat Act, 2064 and Nepal Health.
