This product will be launched in can packing in the beginning. The company wants to build its team by inviting highly motivated, Skilled, and Performance Oriented personnel. 1. National Sales Manager (NSM) -1
- MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing from a reputed Institution
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales of prominent Brands preferably in the Beverage Industry
- Should be proficient in computer programs
- Should have comprehensive experience in Nationwide Channel management (Distributors and Retailers) and generally account management skills.
- Conduct regular reporting of current & projected Sales and Marketing
- Ability to build and lead an effective Sales Team.
2. Sr. Sales Officers/ Area Sales Managers - 5
- B.Com with specialization in Sales and Marketing from a reputed Institution
- Willingness to travel extensively as per production-distribution network
- Adequate knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in the reporting system
- Preference will be given to candidates who have 3 or more years of experience as a Sales Officer/Coordinator
3. Sales Officers/Jr. Sales Officers - 10
- Bachelors in Sales & Marketing from any of recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Officer/Coordinator
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Nepali and English
- Computer proficient in office package and handling database
4. Electro-Mechanical Technician -1
- Level 3 pass from CTEVT in Mechanical and/or Electrical Trades
- 3-4 years of experience in any Beverage/ Liquor/Brewery industry.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance of Machinery and
Electrical/instrumentation of the Beverage Industry. - Minimum SLC/See pass
5. Can Filler Machine Operators - 2
- 5 years of experience in a similar job
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Minimum SLC/See pass
