Minimum Required Criteria:
1) Dean: Must be a professor or associate professor with at least 15 years of service with a Ph.D. degree in a related graduate school or faculty of Midwestern University or a recognized university.
2) Executive Director of Research Directorate: a) Professor of Midwestern University or a recognized university or associate professor with at least 15 years of service from any graduate school with a Ph.D. degree (b) Preference will be given to MA person with experience in the field of research by publishing research works in national and international journals. will be given
3) Executive Director of the Directorate of International Relations: a) Midwestern University or a recognized university professor or associate professor who has served in any graduate school, with at least 15 years of service including Ph.D. And people who are proficient in English subject will be given preference.
4) Executive Director of the School of Management: a) Must have obtained a Ph.D. degree from Midwestern University or a recognized university and have at least 15 years of work experience or must be working as an associate professor in a recognized university.
5) Director of R&D Center: a) Professor of Midwestern University or a recognized university or associate professor who has served in any graduate school b) Ph.D. degree with experience in research, innovation promotion, and eta era and published research works in national and international impact factor journals Priority will be given to those who have achieved.
6) Program Director of the School of Law: a) Must have at least a permanent Assistant Professor with at least a master's degree in law from a Midwestern university or a recognized university and experience in the educational and administrative field.
7) Campus Head of Tila Karnali Multiple Campus: a) At least a permanent associate professor teaching in the concerned campus/school or any educational institution of Midwestern University (b) Preference will be given to those who have obtained MPhil or PhD degree.
Selection criteria for Dean, Executive Director, and Director of R&D Center will be of the same nature.
