Preference will be given to candidates with a motorcycle and a driver's license.

Educational / Desired Qualifications:

Candidates who have passed a minimum proficiency certificate level or equivalent examination can apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have at least 6 months of work experience in the microfinance and banking sector, have a motorcycle and a driver's license, and computer skills.
Salary and benefits will be as per the institution's rules.

Age:

For Officer category, must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years old.
For Assistant category, must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years old.
However, the age limit will be extended by 5 years for women.

Note:

Appointments to the positions of Branch Manager and Junior Assistant will be made on a permanent or 6-month probation basis depending on experience.
For the position of Junior Assistant Trainee, a 1-year training period (Trainee) will be provided, after which permanent appointment will be given if the performance level is satisfactory.
The probation and training periods will be counted towards the permanent tenure.
