Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Vacancy for Management Trainee, Junior Assistant, and Junior Assistant Trainee: MeroMicrofinance Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level microfinance financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to carry out "D" class financial transactions. This financial institution jointly promoted by 9 banks of Nepal is currently conducting microfinance transactions through 149 branch offices in 64 districts of the country.
Since this organization requires the following manpower for the existing and newly opened branch offices, eligible and experienced Nepalese citizens are invited to submit their applications to the following address within office hours on or before the 25th of Shrawan 2079.

Educational / Desirable Qualification:
For Management Trainee (MT): Must have passed the Bachelor's level or equivalent exam. Also, preference will be given to candidates with first class or 4 GPA above 3.3 in Bachelor and who have motorcycle and driving license and computer skills.
For Junior Assistant: Applicants who have passed the minimum proficiency certificate level or equivalent examination and have at least 1 year of working experience in the microfinance and banking sector can apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the microfinance and banking sector for 2 years (experienced), have a motorcycle and driver's license, and have computer skills.
For Junior Assistant (Trainee): Those who have passed the minimum proficiency certificate level or similar examination can apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the microfinance and banking sector for at least 6 months (experienced), have a motorcycle and driver's license, and are proficient in computers.
Additional Information:
Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. However, in the case of women, 5 years will be added.
Note:
- Management trainees who have satisfactorily completed their work after 1 year of training may be appointed to the position of junior officer or senior assistant based on the evaluation of their work and educational qualifications or may be appointed to an employment contract.
- On the basis of experience, the junior assistant post will be appointed on a 6-month probationary period, but when calculating the working period, the probationary period will also be counted as a permanent period.
- In the post of Junior Assistant Trainee, an appointment will be given for 1-year training (Trainee) and after that, if the performance level is satisfactory, a permanent appointment will be given.
Other information
1) Type of Examination: Written Examination, Interview, Presentation, Computer, and Practical as required.
2) Examination Procedure: Candidates who are on the selection list must apply to Global IME Bank Ltd. in the name of MeroMicrofinance Lagubitta Financial Institution Limited, Central Office, Battar, Nuwakot within 7 days of the publication of the selection list. At Kantipath Branch Account No. 0101010007092 Rs. 500/- should be deposited as an examination fee. The deposit receipt should be brought to the written exam.
