Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a ‘D’ class microfinance company, is promoted jointly by eight banks. It currently operates microfinance services through 149 branch offices across 64 districts of Nepal.
For its branch offices located mainly in Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces, the institution invites applications from eligible and experienced Nepali citizens for the following positions. Applications must be submitted online in the prescribed format by office hours on 2082 Baisakh 15.

Academic / Preferred Qualifications:
Branch Manager:
Minimum completion of the Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent. Must have at least 3 years of experience in branch management within microfinance or banking. Must possess a motorcycle and a valid driving license. Computer proficiency is required.
Field Assistant (Experienced):
Minimum completion of the Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in microfinance or banking. Preference will be given to candidates with a motorcycle, a valid driving license, and computer proficiency.
Field Assistant (Trainee):
Minimum completion of the Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent. Preference will be given to those with at least 6 months of experience in microfinance or banking, a motorcycle and driving license, and computer proficiency.
Salary and Allowances:

Field Assistant (Trainee): NPR 18,000

Field Assistant (Experienced): NPR 35,500

Branch Manager (Experienced): NPR 42,000 to NPR 51,500
Additional benefits include communication allowance, transportation support, vehicle maintenance, insurance, welfare support, provident fund, and other facilities.
Age Limit:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years. For female candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years.

Positions listed under S.N. 1 and 2 will have a 6-month probation period based on experience.

Positions listed under S.N. 3 will have a one-year training period. Upon satisfactory performance, candidates will be considered for probation or permanent appointment.
