Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct “D” class financial transactions.
The financial institution, jointly promoted by nine banks in Nepal, is currently conducting microfinance transactions through 149 branch offices in 64 districts of Nepal.

Vacancy Details:
1. Position: Department / Province HeadLevel: Managerial / Officer Required No.: Few Required Qualification and Experience: For Administrative Level: After passing Master level or equivalent examination and having at least 9 years of Officer Level work experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking can apply. For Officer Level: After passing the minimum Bachelor level or similar examination and having at least 6 years of Officer Level work experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking can apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have 7 years of Officer Level experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking and have worked in the Central Office (experienced), have motorcycle and driver's license and are proficient in computer related. |
2. Position: Departmental, Monitoring & Legal and Recovery OfficerLevel: Officer Required No.: Few Required Qualification and Experience: Having passed minimum Bachelor level or similar examination and at least 4 years working experience in Central / Area Office in the field of Microfinance and Banking; Or those who have passed Semi-Qualified CA and have more than 2 years working experience in Banks and Financial Institutions can also apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the Central / Area Offices with 5 years of Officer Level experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking, have motorcycle and driver's license and are proficient in Computer related candidates. |
3. Position: Branch ManagerLevel: Assistant Required No.: Few Required Qualification and Experience: Minimum Proficiency Certificate (10 + 2) level or similar examination and at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance and banking can apply. However, preference will be given to candidates who have worked (open) for 2 years as branch manager in microfinance and banking sector and have 4 years work experience in microfinance sector and have motorcycle and driver's license and proficient computer related candidates. |
4. Position: Junior AssistantLevel: Assistant Required No.: Few Required Qualification and Experience: After passing the minimum proficiency certificate level (10 + 2) or similar examination, they can apply as they have at least 1 year work experience in the field of microfinance and banking. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the field of microfinance and banking for 2 years (experienced), have motorcycle and driver's license and are proficient in computer related. |
Age: For Officer Level: not exceeding 40 years; And for Assistant Level: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years. However, in case of women, 5 more years will be added.
Note: Appointments to the above posts will be made on permanent basis, or on probationary period of 6 months on the basis of experience. But when calculating the working period, the trial period will also be counted as permanent period.
