Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to conduct Class D financial transactions. The financial institution, jointly promoted by nine banks in Nepal, is currently conducting microfinance transactions through 129 branch offices in 60 districts of Nepal.
Since the following manpower is required for the branch offices, monitoring offices, provincial offices, and central offices to be opened by this organization in the future. Required Qualification and Experience:
(A) Departmental Head (Monitoring and Supervision Department) Managerial / Officer Level: Candidates can apply for Managerial Level who have passed the Master Level or similar examination and having at least 4 years of official work experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking. Applicants who have passed the minimum bachelor's level or similar examination for officer level and have at least 5 years of officer level work experience in microfinance and banking and in this field will be able to supervise the application. Preference will be given to candidates with 6 years experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking (Department of Official Category) who have worked in the Central Office (experienced), have motorcycle and driver's license and are proficient in computer-related.
(B) Province Head Managerial / Officer Level: Candidates can apply for the managerial level who have passed the master level or similar examination and having at least 4 years of official category work experience in the field of microfinance and banking. Candidates can apply for Officer Level who have passed the minimum bachelor level or similar examination and having at least 5 years of official category work experience in the field of microfinance and banking. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of Officer Level experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking who have worked (experienced) in Central / State Area Offices, have motorcycle and driver's license, and are proficient in commuter related.
(C) Monitoring Officer: After passing the minimum bachelor's level or similar examination and having at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance and banking in the central / area office, they can apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the Central / Area Offices with 5 years of experience in the field of microfinance and banking and have proficient candidates related to motorcycles.
(D) Branch Officer: After passing the minimum proficiency certificate level or equivalent and having at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance and banking, they can apply. Preference will be given to computer-proficient candidates.
(E) Junior Assistant: After passing the minimum proficiency certificate level (10 + 2) or similar examination and having at least 1-year of work experience in the field of microfinance and banking, they can apply. Preference will be given to (experienced), (open) motorcycle and driver licensed and computer-related candidates who have worked in the field of microfinance and banking for 2 years.
(F) Junior Assistant Trainee: Anyone who has passed the minimum proficiency certificate level (10 + 2) or similar examination can apply. Preference will be given to trainees who have worked in the microfinance and banking sector for at least 6 months (experienced), motorcycle and driver's license (open), and computer-related proficient candidates.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years for managerial and officer level and 18 years for Assistant Level and not exceeding 35 years. However, in the case of women, 5 more years will be added.
Note: In the above serial number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 posts will be appointed on permanent or 6 months probation based on experience but when calculating the working period, the probation period will also be counted as permanent. In addition, an appointment will be given in the post No. 6 in Trainee for 6 months.
