Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, which was formed by the merger of the erstwhile Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and the erstwhile Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, and is licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a "D" class national-level financial institution, is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Desirable Qualifications:

(1) Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Chartered Accountancy, Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, Law, Information Technology, or Computer Science from a recognized educational institution.

(2) Training and Experience: At least 10 years of work experience at an officer level or above in any bank or financial institution.

(3) Age: Must be at least 40 years old and not exceed 60 years.

(4) Salary and Other Facilities: Will be determined based on mutual agreement.

(5) Selection Type: Business plan, presentation, and interview.

(6) Selection Process: Only applicants who are shortlisted based on educational qualifications and work experience from the properly submitted applications will be included in the business plan, presentation, and interview.
