- At least 3 years of experience in the Finance Department at the position of Officer in the central office of any microfinance financial institution.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution.
- Preference will be given to those with a degree in management.

Age Limit:
- For Advertisement No. 5: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years.
- For Advertisement No. 6: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years.
- For Advertisement No. 7: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years.
- For female candidates, the upper age limit will be extended by 5 years.
- There is no age limit for current employees.
