Manmohan Technical University Service Commission (MTUSC) Job Vacancy Advertisement: Open and Internal Competitive Examination.

Manmohan Technical University Service Commission has published Advertisement Notice No. 003/2079/080 for Open and Internal Competitive Examination for sixth and fourth-level posts of general administration and accounting group under the administration service of Manmohan Technical University.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications are eligible to apply for the post. The application form can be obtained from the office of the commission or downloaded from the website of the commission.

Types of Examination

The examination will be conducted in written, practical, and interview format. The exam date and examination center will be published later.

Last Date of Application

For open competition, the last date for application is up to 17/12/2079 and double fee till 24/12/2079. For internal competition, the last date is up to date 2079/12/03.

Age Limit

The candidate's age limit for sixth level posts in open competition should be 21 (twenty-one) years and for fourth level posts should be 18 (eighteen) years and not exceeding 40 (forty) years. However, there is no age limit for permanent teachers and staff working in the service of Manmohan Technical University.

Examination Fee

Candidates applying for the sixth level post have to pay Rs. 1,500 (one thousand five hundred), and for the fourth level post, the fee is Rs. 800 (eight hundred). Candidates applying for inclusive advertisements of posts of the same service/group will have to pay an additional fee of half of the prescribed fee for each group.

Method of Application

Candidates must submit the application form to the office of the commission Duhabi-4, Sunsari, with clear details in all fields of the application form. The form fee should be paid in cash, and the examination fee should be deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank Duhabi Branch of Manmohan Technical University Current Account No. 2340100000728001, and the entire voucher form should be attached.

Required Documents

Candidates must attach self-attested copies of the documents specified in the advertisement, along with the application form, including educational qualification, training, experience, business permit certificate, inclusive group opening document, and Nepali citizenship certificate.

Practical Test and Interview

The date of the practical test and interview will be notified when the result of the written test is published.

The salary will be as per the rules of the university.

Minimum Qualification

In the case of open and inclusive, Manmohan Technical University teachers and staff should not be disqualified according to rule 9 of the Regulations on Service Conditions and Facilities, 2078, and should have obtained the required educational qualifications. For the 6th level posts in the General Administration Group, candidates must be a graduate or equivalent from a recognized educational institution, while for the 6th Level Posts in Accounts Group, graduation or equivalent in a relevant subject (Management, Commerce or Business Administration) from a recognized educational institution is required. For the 4th level post of General Administration Group, candidates must have passed in Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution, while for the 4th Level Posts of Accounting Group, passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent in the relevant subject (Management, Commerce or Business Administration) from a recognized educational institution is necessary.

In case of internal competition, the candidate should not be disqualified according to Rule 10 of Manmohan Technical University Teachers and Staff Regulations, 2078, Rule 7 of the same regulations and Regulations regarding the appointment and promotion of teachers, technical and administrative staff in universities, 2076. However, the candidate's performance and achievements should be considered based on the evaluation criteria mentioned in the job advertisement.

If the candidate meets the minimum qualifications and fulfills the evaluation criteria, they should be shortlisted for the interview process. The interview panel should consist of at least three members, including the head of the department or the concerned faculty member, an expert in the field, and a representative from the university administration.

  • Candidates must have obtained the prescribed educational qualification certificate by the last date of application submission. Those who have studied in a foreign educational institution must submit a personal letter confirming equivalence of academic degree.
