Mandwi Job Vacancy for Programme Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Admin Assistant, Social Mobilizer, and Master Trainers: Mandwi is a not profit-making national NGO working since 2066 BS. It is dedicated to working strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups' special focus on women, girls, and other marginalized and disadvantaged groups. Mandwi with the partnership of IFES is being implemented "She Leads Nepal, Women Leadership program" programme in 28 municipalities of Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, and Bara districts of Province No.2, Nepal from May 2021. Mandwi hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Details of Announcement:

1. Position: Programme Officer

  • Required Number: 3,
  • Duty Station: Dhanusha, Sarlahi, and Rautahat

Qualification:

Bachelor having 3 years experience in the area of women leadership development with a social development background (social or political science or similar discipline) is overall responsible for filed level program management, monitoring, and reporting, day to day coordination with local governments, and assisting the programme manager for effective program implementation at the local level.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

  • Required Number: 3,
  • Duty Station: Dhanusha, Mahottari, and Bara

Qualification:

Bachelor having 3 years experience in the area of monitoring and evaluation with a social development background (social or political science or similar discipline) is responsible for proper management of monitoring and evaluation of the project with report writing and data analysis (advance skills). This position will be responsible to collect, compile, verify, analyze and update the information of all the program activities and provide regular support to field staff on all M&E issues.

3. Admin Assistant

  • Required Number: 5,
  • Duty Station: Dhanusha, Sarlasahi, Rautahat, Mahottari, and Bara

Qualification:

Completed +2 with accountancy subject having 2 years experience in administrative and logistics unit responsible for the overall management of administrative and logistics activities like the answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, develop and maintain a filing system, Update and maintain office policies and procedures, order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, maintain contact lists, book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports, provide general support to visitors.

4. Social Mobilizer

  • Required Number: 5
  • Duty Station: Dhanusha, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Mahottari, and Bara

Qualification:

Completed SLC and having 5 years experience or +2 having 2 years of experience of social mobilization in the area of women empowerment and leadership development is responsible for the overall management of field-level events, coordination with local governments and ward representatives, mobilization of women champions, monitoring, and reporting under the supervision and guidance of programme officer.

5. Master Trainers for She Leads ToT

  • Required No. Few

Qualification:

Bachelor with a social development background (social or political science or similar discipline) is interested in attending IFES-led training of trainers and delivering She Leads training curriculum to Locally Elected Women Representatives (EWR) and past experience of conducting similar types of training.
