Application Period: 2077-05-15 to 2077-05 / -29 (If the last day of application is a public holiday; then the day the office opens.)
Place of application: Makalu Gaupalika, Office of Rural Municipal, Num, Health Branch.
Application fee: Rs.1000 for authorized level and Rs.600 only for assistant level. The applicant must enclose the voucher submitted to the Makalu Village Municipality, Village Executive's Provident Fund Account No. 026151305817, Siddhartha Bank, Num, or the cash receipt of the Revenue Branch of Gaupalika.

Remuneration and other facilities: As mentioned in the contract agreement of the village municipality
Place of work: In health institutions under Makalu Gaupalika, community health unit, and basic health center.
Other Qualifications and experience:
- Nepali citizen.
- Preference will be given to local / district resident with experience in related work.
- Must have completed 18 years of age and not reached 45 years of age.
- Not disqualified by other prevailing laws.
Documents to be attached in the application: Personal details of the candidate, a certified copy of educational qualification, a certified copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of the work experience certificate.
Also, if the deadline is not met, no action will be taken on the application.
