Mai Municipality Vacancy for Sub Engineer, Assistant Sub Engineer, and Office Helper: Mai Municipality, Office of Mai Municipality, Shitli, Ilam, Province No. 1, Nepal
Since the following posts have to be contracted for technical and office assistant in Mai municipality; This information has been published for all the eligible Nepali citizens to apply within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice along with the receipt of payment of revenue to the office.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
1) Nepali citizen
2) Minimum educational qualification
I) In case of Sub-Engineer post:
- Proficiency Certificate level in Engineering or Overseer or Diploma level passed.
Experience and Skills: With at least 3 months of training, basic computer skills, project cost estimate, supervision, and preparation of final cost statement for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, analysis, working in a team to achieve project goals and magnitude.
II) In case of Assistant Sub-Engineer: Passed SLC or SEE and passed Assistant Sub-Engineer from a recognized educational institution.
III) In case of Office Support Staff / JTA: Must have passed at least Technical Entrance Examination (for Animal Science) TSLC / TSEE or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
3) Type of service: contract
4) Remuneration: As per prevailing rules
5) Preference will be given to persons with work experience and higher qualifications in the related field.
6) Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years; In case of women not exceeding 40 years.
7) Other: Not disqualified by prevailing law.
8) Application Fee:
A) For the post of Sub-Engineer: Rs.600 / - (only six hundred).
B) For the post of Assistant Sub-Engineer: Rs. 400.- (only four hundred)
C) For the post of office assistant: Rs. 300.- (Three hundred only)

9) Type of Examination: Written and Oral Interview.
10) Documents to be attached in the application: Personal details of the candidate, copy of educational qualification certificate, copy of Nepali citizenship.
