Desirable / Educational Qualification:
- Supervisor: Special preference will be given to candidates who have passed proficiency certificate level, or similar examination, and have worked in microfinance institutions for at least 4 years.
- Senior Assistant: Special preference will be given to the candidate who has passed the proficiency certificate level, or similar examination and has worked in a microfinance financial institution for at least 3 years.
- Filed Assistant: Special preference will be given to candidates who have passed the Class 12 examination or similar examination and are working in a microfinance institution for one year.
- Trainee Assistant: Special preference will be given to candidates who have passed SLC / SEE examination or similar examination and have knowledge about microfinance and computer.
Age: Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years and Assistant Level: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years. (Five years more in the upper age limit in case of female candidates) There is no age limit for the employees working in the organization.
Special consideration will be given to those who have a motorcycle license.
