Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for Ban Rakshak (Forest Guard) 2081

Provincial Public Service Commission Madhesh Pradesh (PPSC Madhesh - Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog) Janakpurdham, Nepal, announces Vacancy for Forest Guard (Ban Rakshak) Posts.

Advertisement of the open and inclusive competitive examination for the post of Assistant Forest Guard, Third Level, of the Provincial Civil Service Forest Service Date of publication: Thursday, 2081/10/24 The post of Assistant Forest Guard, Third Level, of the General Forestry Group of the Provincial Civil Service Forest Service is to be filled through a competitive examination, and therefore applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following qualifications. Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications should apply through the Commission's online application system, ppsconline.p2.gov.np.

Types of Examination:

Physical Examination, Fitness Test, Written Exam, and Interview.

Exam Dates:

First Phase (Physical Fitness Test): This will be conducted from 2082.02.15 onwards.

Second Phase (Written Exam): Information will be published within 7 days after the first phase results are announced.

Exam Centers:

The exam centers for Physical Examination, Fitness Test, and Written Exam will be announced later by the Commission.

Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred) is required for each advertisement. For candidates applying under additional inclusive groups, an additional fee of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred) per group is required.

Last Date for Application:

2081/11/14 and double fee until 2082/11/21.

Candidate Age Limit:

Must be at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old as of 2081/11/14. There is no age limit for permanent government employees.

Method and Place to Pay Application Fee:

After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, click on 'My Application', then 'All Applications'. Click on the 'Pay Button' of the advertisement you applied for, select National Commercial Bank or Nepal Bank Limited in the bank option, and pay through Online/Offline Payment.

Online Payment:

Select Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, choose Online Payment, click Next, connect IPS, and make the payment. Candidates can also use any of the selected wallets to make immediate payments.

Offline Payment:

Select National Commercial Bank or Nepal Bank Limited, choose Offline Payment, click Next, and click 'Click here' to download the voucher. Print the voucher and go to the relevant bank to make the payment.

Document Uploads:

Candidates must upload their educational qualifications, training, experience (as per the form provided by the Commission), business license, and other relevant documents mentioned in the advertisement in PDF format through the designated place in the online application system. They must also scan and upload their photo, signature, and citizenship certificate in JPG format.

  1. Forest Service, General Forestry Group, Forest Guard Post: Passed Class 8 from a recognized educational institution and physically fit.

Notes:

  1. Applicants must be eligible according to Section 16 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077.

  2. Candidates must declare that they are physically fit when submitting the online application.

  3. Physical and fitness tests will only be conducted at the specified location where necessary facilities are available.

  4. Candidates applying under open and inclusive categories will only participate in physical and fitness tests once.

  5. The extended deadline for the double fee will not be considered when calculating age, educational qualifications, experience period, and other eligibility criteria.

  6. Applications submitted outside the specified deadline, without minimum qualifications, incomplete information, or unpaid fees will not be accepted.

  7. Candidates must bring their entry card, full citizenship certificate, and educational qualifications along with certified copies before attending the interview.

  8. There will be three phases of exams. Only those who pass the first phase (physical and fitness tests) will be included in the second phase (written exam). Only those who pass the second phase will be invited to the third phase (interview).

  9. Open and inclusive written exams will be held on the same date and time.

  10. Candidates must use black ink only in the answer booklet during the written exam; otherwise, the answer booklet will be invalidated.

  11. The written exam results for open and inclusive categories will be published alphabetically in a single list.

  12. Candidates selected from the inclusive group's written exam cannot change their priority order.

  13. According to the Commission's existing system, candidates' inclusive groups will be determined based on the groups mentioned in their application forms.

  14. Recommendations for appointment will be made based on the merit order obtained after all exam phases.

  15. Candidates requiring scribes must contact the Commission's office at least 7 days before the written exam starts. Otherwise, the Commission is not obligated to provide a scribe.

  16. Candidates must obtain the required educational qualifications by the final application deadline.

  17. Candidates studying abroad must have their qualifications equivalence determined by the relevant authority.

  18. Candidates must indicate the type of service group cluster they are applying for when submitting the online application.

  19. When completing the form online, candidates must update their mobile number and email address. Incorrect details may prevent them from taking the exam.

  20. Once chosen, the advertisement number cannot be changed; choose carefully.

  21. Details about the minimum educational qualifications required for the post can be checked while completing the online form.

  22. The syllabus can be obtained from the Commission's website, ppsc.p2.gov.np.

Additional Documents and Experience Instructions:

Candidates must prepare and submit relevant documents according to their body type at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the written exam results, candidates must bring all original documents and self-certified copies.

Additional Documents Required for Inclusive Category Applicants:

  • Madeshi Rights: Certificate issued by the institution notified in the provincial gazette by the provincial government, or if not notified, a recommendation from the local level chief and certification from the district administration officer.

  • Dalit Rights: Certificate based on the list notified by the National Dalit Commission, or if there are multiple castes within the notified list, a recommendation from the local level chief, and certification from the district administration officer.

  • Muslim Rights: Certificate based on the list notified by the National Muslim Commission, or if there are multiple castes within the notified list, a recommendation from the local level Chief, and certification from the district administration officer.

  • Indigenous/Janajati Rights: The certificate is based on the list notified under the Nepal Indigenous/Janajati Development National Institution Act, or if multiple castes are included within the list, a recommendation from the local-level chief and certification from the district administration officer.

  • Tharu Rights: Certificate based on the list notified by the National Tharu Commission, or if there are multiple castes within the notified list, a recommendation from the local level chief, and certification from the district administration officer.

  • Economically Disadvantaged Khas-Arya Community Rights: Must submit a poverty identification card or a recommendation from the local level with the application.

  • Disabled Rights: Only individuals with disability certificates issued by the Social Welfare Council or classified as "A" and "B" category disabilities under Section 4(3) of the Disability Rights Act, 2074, will be eligible.

Note:

According to Sub-section 11 of Section 9 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, reservation benefits can only be availed once during the service period by an individual.
