| 2. Staff Nurse [5th Level Assistant] - 1 (One) | Passed proficiency certificate level in General Nursing subject from the recognized educational institution and registered/ renewed in Nepal Nursing Council. |
| 3. AHW [4th Level Assistant] - 5 (Five) | Passed AHW course from a recognized educational institution and registered/ renewed with Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC). |
| 4. ANM [4th Level Assistant] - 1 (One) | Passed ANM course from a recognized educational institution and registered/ renewed with Pal Nursing Council. |
(A) Age limit of the candidate: 18 years and not exceeding 45 years till the last date of submission of application.
(B) Selection of Candidates: Publication of shortlisting, written examination, and interview.
(C) Where to get the application form: this can be obtained from the rural municipality office.
(D) Last date for application: 2078-10-21 within office hours.
(E) Service facility: As per rules of Rural Municipality.
F) Documents to be attached with the application: Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of educational qualification certificate, certificate of experience, and 3 passport size photos.
(G) A written letter stating that no action has been taken to disqualify the candidate for future government service and that he/she has not been found guilty by the court in the criminal case of moral conduct.
