According to the annual schedule published on 2079/09/23 and 2079/12/21, this notice is published to conduct internal competitive examinations for the vacant posts in the Province Civil Service. Notice for the extension of the submission deadline and the increase in the number of vacancies for various levels of positions within the Provincial Civil Service and other related service groups.
In accordance with the information published in the Gorkhapatra daily on dates 2080/01/23, 2079/12/08, and 2079/11/28, it is hereby notified that the submission deadline for applications to the following positions within the Provincial Civil Service has been extended, and the number of vacancies has been increased due to performance evaluation and other reasons:
- Provincial Civil Service - Health Service Group (Class 4):
- Number of vacancies and extended application deadline as per the published notice dated 2080/02/07.
- Provincial Civil Service - Various Service Groups (Class 5):

The new extended deadline for submitting applications is until 2080/03/07. This includes employees from various sectors such as women, Adivasi/Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, differently-abled, and those from backward areas who have been working in the specified group for the necessary period.
(b) Administrative Service, Assistant Level Fourth Class, Provincial Civil Service employees appointed under the Employee Adjustment Plan 2075 in the health service or related fields must apply for promotion.
(c) Provincial Civil Service, Health Service Group Class 5: The number of vacancies and application deadlines have been extended as per the notice published on 2080/02/07.
(d) Candidates must submit a verification document from their current office attesting to their qualifications and work experience.
(e) All applications must include an attested copy of the educational qualification certificate and other necessary documents.
(f) The first appointment must have been made as per the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080 or as per the Health Service Act, 2053.
(g) Applications must clearly state the name of the office that forwarded the application for the evaluation of work performance.
