Recovery Relationship Manager (Level: Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer)
Recovery Relationship Officer (Level: Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant)
- Koshi Province: 2 (Two),
- Madhesh Province : 3 (Three)
- Bagmati Province (Narayangarh Region): 1 (One),
- Lumbini Province: 1 (One)
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College

For Relationship Manager (RM) of Officer Level: Minimum 5 years of total banking experience with at least 3 years of working experience in the capacity of Branch Manager or Relationship Manager in the Branch or as Recovery Officer in the Central Recovery Department in the Head Office

For Relationship Officer (RO) of Assistant Level: Minimum 3 years of total banking experience with at least 1 year of working experience in the capacity of Branch Manager/ Relationship Manager in the Branch or Recovery Officer in the Central Recovery Department, Head Office

In-depth knowledge of recovery procedures, prevailing regulations, and industry best practices in recovery

Expertise in dealing with default loan customers and achieve given recovery target

Excellent Leadership and Communication skills with a can-do attitude
Other General Requirements for all above positions :

Age: Not exceeding 40 years for Officer Level and 35 years for Assistant Level as on the last day of application

Must have 2 Wheeler Driving License
