Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy Re-Application for Various Positions 2079-2080: Public Service Commission Invites Re-Application for Updating Candidate Details
The Public Service Commission (PSC) has released a notice inviting re-application for the purpose of updating application details of candidates who had previously submitted their applications in the pre-published advertisement. The notice, which was published on 2080/1/20, bears the number 1471/079-80.
Due to a problem in the infrastructure of the Government Integrated Data Center (GIDC), where the online application system of the Public Service Commission is hosted, candidates' data were lost. Although the GIDC is doing data recovery, it is uncertain when the process will be completed and how much data will be recovered.
The Commission has decided that if the examination program scheduled to be conducted from Jestha 2080 is not completed on time, the schedule of the Commission will be affected, and candidates who are preparing for the examination will be seriously affected. Hence, re-application is invited only from candidates who have been approved or who are yet to be approved by submitting their application in the advertisements published by the Commission in Mangsir, Poush, and Magh 2079.
Candidates must submit their re-application by 2080/2/18. The conditions of the application will be as mentioned in the previously published advertisement. Candidates should log in to the Commission's online application system www.psconline1.psc.gov.np, click on the Re-Application menu, and update their previous application details as per the instructions given.
If a candidate's profile is not available in the Commission's application system, they must create a new profile and submit a re-application using the same mobile number they used in their previous application. Revenue details submitted by the candidate in their previous application have been obtained from the Revenue Management Information System (RMIS) of the Government of Nepal and updated in the online application system, so the candidate does not have to submit the application fee.
The re-application is invited for the same group in which the candidate had applied previously. The Commission will identify the applications that have been approved in the past through the online application system and approve the re-application accordingly. For those applications that are yet to be approved in the previous year, the Commission will check the re-applications and complete the approval process as soon as possible. Candidates will receive information about the acceptance of their application through SMS. Once the application is approved, the admit card with the new roll number will be issued.
Candidates who were unable to submit their applications due to the double registration deadline in the advertisements published on 2079/10/25 for the posts of Prabidhik Nayab Subba or equivalent and the fifth level of health services in the non-gazette can submit their applications through another notification for a fixed period.
The Commission has also requested information regarding the publication of the advertisement in 2079/80 and the new examination program published for the posts that are yet to be conducted.
