Special Notice on the Advertisement:
The commission, on 2080/6/25, highlighted open inclusive vacancies based on an order dated 2079/10/24 which preserved certain positions. This followed a directive from the honorable Supreme Court through writ number 078-WO-0660. The court ordered these positions to be filled as per legal provisions tailored for the inclusive group.
Despite prior discussions on the Civil Service Bill, 2080, with the Government of Nepal on 2080/5/4, the bill hasn't reached the Federal Parliament. As a result, the annual commission schedule, aligned with Rule 63 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, faces delays. The filling of positions awaits clarity from the upcoming Federal Civil Service Act, guided by the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, under the Civil Service Act, 2049, ads are still rolling out for inclusive groups.

- Educational Requirement: Must fulfill the qualifications mentioned in Schedule-6 of Nepal Health Service Regulations, 2055.
- Experience Requirement: 5 years of authorized level experience in the relevant field. For Bachelor's degree holders, the experience is reduced to 3 years.
- Registration: Permanent registration with the relevant professional council is mandatory.
- Other Requirements: Adherence to Section 12 of the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053.
